Born in New Zealand, André Spicer is an academic and professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Cass Business School, City, University of London. He founded ETHOS: The Centre for Responsible Enterprise there. He is an expert in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility. Spicer has published extensively in top scholarly journals such as Organization Science, Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Management Studies, and Organization Studies.
